We have a well experienced merchandising as well as quality control team who are developing the company by providing the correct and quick information and weekly report to the buyers. We do the final inspections in 2.5: 4 A.Q.L. standards. If any buyer ask for third party inspection, we also arrange with SGS or ITS for final inspection.
The quality of our fabrics are much better as we use very good quality of yarn, good quality of dyestuffs, good machinery for dyeing and sewing. We never allow the fabrics shrinkage more than 5% except 100% Viscose. For Work Wear jersey t-shirt we achieved the shrinkage 2.5-3% and Work Wear Polo shirt in Lacoste knit we achieved 3 - 4%(max) shrinkage. For Workwear T-shirt and Polo shirt we are providing the goods with color fastness to wet, rubbing and perspiration scale 4-5 for light and medium color & scale 3-4 for dark colors.
